     Canmore is usually only seen as a stopping point on the way to Banff, or as a cheaper place to stay when exploring Banff National Park. However, there is so much to love about this little town nestled in the Rocky Mountains. Canmore is well known for its natural beauty and outdoor recreation activities. Wheelchair Accessible Private Room at the Canmore Downtown Hostel

     I was very impressed with the Canmore Downtown Hostel. They are located in the newly built 'Shops of Canmore' complex and are in a prime location to walk/roll to the different places around town. There is an underground parkade with elevator access, that is open from 7am-7pm (but hostel staff have a card to access until 10:30pm when they leave if need be). There is plenty of parking available out front, and they will give you a pass to put on your dash when you check in.      They provided a pillow case, a sheet, and towels at check in.
